About the Benefits
The value of the three Awards is over $130,000.
The Rozsa Award for Excellence recipient receives a $10,000 prize, his or her name engraved on the permanent Rozsa Award sculpture on display at the Rozsa Centre, and a unique glass sculpture created by Ms. Julia Reimer or Mr. Tyler Rock. The Award also includes a $10,000 cash organizational benefit.
In addition, a variety of additional benefits are distributed among the three Awards including:
- $25,000 worth of services towards a customized business assessment provided by Hay Group
- Financial Analysis and Systems review by Deloitte & Touche valued at $24,000.
- A scholarship to the Business Essentials Program at either the University of Calgary's Haskayne School of Business or the University of Alberta's School of Business (can be used for any staff member of the recipient’s organization).
- Personal mentoring from the University of Calgary Haskayne or University of Alberta School of Business. Scholarship + mentoring valued at $13,500.
- A $10,000 Marketing Audit completed by marketing students at the Haskayne School of Business.
- A speaking/panelist role at the annual Business Day Conference run by the Haskayne School of Business.
- A speaking role at the University of Alberta Business School MBA Dean’s Forum.
- Live interviews (valued at over $19,000) for all nominees on CKUA.
- A placement in a professional development program (to a maximum of $5,500) run by The Banff Centre.
- Over $5,000 of communication platform review from Structured Abstraction.
