About the Benefits

The value of the three Awards is $110,000.

The Rozsa Award for Excellence recipient receives a $10,000 prize, his or her name engraved on the permanent Rozsa Award sculpture on display at the Rozsa Centre, and a unique glass sculpture created by Mr. Tyler Rock. The Award also includes a $10,000 cash organizational benefit.

In addition, a variety of additional benefits are distributed among the three Awards including:

  • $25,000 worth of services towards a customized business assessment provided by Framework Partners Inc.
  • Financial Analysis and Systems review by Deloitte & Touche valued at $24,000.
  • A scholarship to the University of Calgary's Haskayne School of Business or the University of Alberta's School of Business Management Essentials Program (can be used for any staff member of the recipient’s organization).
  • Personal mentoring from the University of Calgary Haskayne or University of Alberta School of Business. Scholarship + mentoring valued at $13,500.
  • A $10,000 Marketing Audit completed by marketing students at the Haskayne School of Business.
  • A speaking/panelist role at the annual Business Day Conference run by the Haskayne School of Business.
  • A speaking role at the University of Alberta Business School MBA Dean’s Forum.
  • A placement in a professional development program (to a maximum of $5,500) run by The Banff Centre.
  • $4,500 of communication platform review from Structured Abstraction.
  • Live interviews (valued at over $19,000) for all nominees on CKUA.
