ARTSBEAT ARTS MANAGEMENT SERIES CONTEST

LISTEN and WIN!

HOW TO ENTER

1.  LISTEN to the CKUA Radio ArtsBeat Management Series interview at 8:30am on the first Sunday of each month.  Audio recordings of each interview will also be made available on the Headlines page of the Rozsa Foundation website: www.rozsafoundation.org/insite.

2.  FIND THE ANSWERS to the official contest questions posted on the bottom of this page for each of the ArtsBeat Management Series interviews.  New questions pertaining to the most recent interview will be posted as soon as possible after the interview has been aired.

3.  SUBMIT your answers to the official contest questions at mail@rozsafoundation.org.  Answers to the official contest questions can be submitted all together in June or intermittently throughout the contest as questions are posted.  Make sure to include your first and last name, and telephone number with each entry.  ENTRIES RECEIVED WITHOUT A NAME AND PHONE NUMBER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

CONTEST RULES

1.  One answer for each of the official contest questions posted will be accepted per person.  Multiple entries from the same source will result in disqualification.

2.  The odds of winning are dependent upon the number of correct answers submitted and the number of eligible entries received.

2.  Contest deadline is Wednesday, June 30, 2010 at 5:00 pm MST.  All entries received after the deadline will not be counted.

PRIZE

a)  Choice of prize from any of the participating arts organizations associated with the 2009 Rozsa Awards nominees.  Prize may include performance tickets, drinks or concession tickets (Maximum value: $150.00).  The prize will be selected by the winner at the time of prize notification.

b)  The winner will also be recognized on the Rozsa Foundation website.

WINNER SELECTION

a)  One (1) winner will be selected based on having submitted the highest number of correct answers to the official contest questions on the ArtsBeat interview series as posted on the Rozsa Foundation website.  In the case of a tie, the names of all potential winners will be entered into a draw, and the first name drawn will be the winner.

b)  The winner will be notified by telephone no later than Tuesday, July 6, 2010.  Upon notification, the selected individual must respond by telephone to the contact number provided in the notification, and must be received by the Rozsa Foundation within two (2) business days of such notification.  If the selected individual does not respond in accordance with these guidelines, he/she will be disqualified and another winner will be selected.  The Rozsa Foundation will not be responsible for the failure for any reason whatsoever of a selected winner to receive notification or for the Rozsa Foundation to receive that individual's response.

The Rozsa Foundation reserves the right to determine the accuracy of any and all answers to the official contest questions posted on the website without justification.  The Rozsa Foundation reserves the right to alter the prize and or contest rules at any time.  Answers to the official contest questions will be posted on the Rozsa Foundation website after Tuesday, July 6, 2010.
