Duncan Sinclair is the managing partner of Deloitte and Touche Inc in their Edmonton office. He earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta, and is a certified chartered accountant. Duncan has twenty one years of experience in public accounting and has worked with clients on assignments related to assurance services, operational reviews, mergers and acquisitions transactions, strategy development, business process improvements, internal control implementation projects to comply with the requirements of the Sarbanes Oxley Act of 2002, information systems control reviews (Systrust) and corporate restructuring.
