Description: The Rozsa Executive Arts Leadership program supports arts leaders in enhancing their leadership skills. This program was designed in collaboration with senior arts leaders to address challenges and topics that are of interest to them. Each REAL program session will consist of highly interactive discussions related to one or more aspects of being an arts leader.
This is a partnership between the Rozsa Foundation and Transcend Management Advisors Inc. to take arts leadership to the next level.
Reason: REAL combines the power of focused leadership training with a supportive group coaching environment, resulting in enhanced skills, an expanded network, and new connections. Research has found that structured learning activities, followed by reinforcement through repeated exposure to the concepts, coaching, and a supportive environment results in longer term retention of knowledge, skills and behaviors.
