Volunteer Policy

Volunteers are integral to the success of the Rozsa Foundation as they help to implement the programs and professional development opportunities that further the Foundation's mission. Volunteers contribute as panelists, presenters and general helpers at Rozsa Foundation events, act as Jury members for the Rozsa Awards and serve as the CPO Board appointee representing the Foundation.

Volunteer Rights and Responsibilities

Volunteers are viewed as a valuable resource for the Rozsa Foundation. Volunteers will be extended the right to be given meaningful assignments, the right to be treated as equal co-workers, the right to appropriate training and supervision, and the right to recognition for work done.

In return, volunteers agree to actively perform their duties as outlined by the Rozsa Foundation to the best of their abilities; to ask for help when needed to understand or perform their duties; to maintain confidentiality; and to remain loyal to the mission, policies and procedures of the Rozsa Foundation.
