ACTION LEARNING PLAN GRANTS
If you have not already done so, please begin by visiting the Grants page to learn about deadlines, eligibility and the application process for the Rozsa Foundation Granting Program.
This grant stream is exclusively for participants of the Rozsa Arts Management Program (RAMP). The Rozsa Foundation provides Action Learning Plan Grants to organizations to support bringing the participant’s ALP to fruition.
Up to $5,000
ALP Grants are not subject to the granting deadlines that apply to our other granting streams, as they are assessed on an ongoing basis.
ALP Grants are typically assessed within 3 weeks of receipt of the application.
Action Learning Plan Grants are also not limited to the types of initiatives supported by our other grant streams, though organizations must still meet our eligibility requirements.
When applying for an Action Learning Project Grant, organizations should address the following in the project description:
How does the ALP fit in with the organization’s strategic plan?
What impact do you anticipate the ALP having on the organization?
Who in the organization will be involved in implementing the ALP?
Is this a challenge the organization would be looking at if it weren’t for the ALP?
How does the work to be done through the ALP continue the learning of the RAMP participant?

We strongly encourage potential applicants to discuss their proposal with Rozsa Foundation staff prior to application to ensure program fit and maximize the chance of success.
