The Rozsa Foundation honours and acknowledges the traditional territories of the people of the Treaty 7 region in Southern Alberta, which includes the Niitsitapi or Blackfoot Confederacy (comprising the Siksika, Piikani, and Kainai First Nations), the Tsuut’ina First Nation, and the Stoney Nakoda (including the Chiniki, Bearspaw, and Wesley First Nations).

The City of Calgary is also home to Métis Nation of Alberta, Region III. The Rozsa Foundation works on land adjacent to where the Bow River meets the Elbow River. The traditional Blackfoot name of this place is “Moh’kins’tsis”, which we now call the City of Calgary.

As settlers, we're grateful for the opportunity to work here and we thank all the generations of people who have taken care of this land - for thousands of years.

The Rozsa Foundation is located in the historic cSPACE King Edward building at 1721 29 Ave SW. Come visit and take a tour of our beautiful new home!

Throughout the year, we request board information updates from Alberta arts organizations, and for every update, we enter them into our Annual Holiday Board Draw! The draw includes a prize of $500 that may be donated to a registered charity of their choice, including their own! Send in your organization's updates today!
